Tracking numbers

Once your order is packed and dispatched, we will send you another email with a unique tracking number and a link to the Australia Post website where you can track the delivery of your order to your door.

Domestic Delivery:
  • Free delivery on orders over $50
  • $10 charge for orders under $50
  • Delivered next business day for eligible post codes.
International Delivery:
  • Free international delivery on orders over $50
  • $13.50 for orders under $50
  • Delivered in 2-7 business days depending on location

Returns:
  • We offer free returns for store credit on all domestic orders!
  • We unfortunately do not offer returns for international orders at this time.

When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 2-3 business days using Australia Post. For AUSTRALIAN orders, it usually takes 1-5 working days from your shipping confirmation email.

For INTERNATIONAL orders approximate time for delivery is 8 - 10 working days.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer FREE returns and exchanges.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

I received the wrong product

If we shipped you the wrong product, please do not wear the product, and keep it in its original packaging. Please contact customer service at store@beachlifedistribution.com within 72 hours of receiving the product. Including your order number, or replying to the original purchase receipt email will help us reference your order.
