When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 2-3 business days using Australia Post. For AUSTRALIAN orders, it usually takes 1-5 working days from your shipping confirmation email.
For INTERNATIONAL orders approximate time for delivery is 8 - 10 working days.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer FREE returns and exchanges.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
I received the wrong product
If we shipped you the wrong product, please do not wear the product, and keep it in its original packaging. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receiving the product. Including your order number, or replying to the original purchase receipt email will help us reference your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our products to any country. Depending on your country's specific import laws, you may be required to pay local duties and taxes. These fees are not included in your shipping cost. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Please include correct telephone contact information in your order to ensure that you can be reached in the case of a customs issue.
Do you have a tracking number for me?
All AUSTRALIAN orders will receive a tracking number with their confirmation of shipping email. We also offer tracking numbers for INTERNATIONAL orders, although this does cost extra. If you want your order tracked please select TRACKING on the Shipping Method at the Checkout.
We guarantee that all products will arrive 100% free of any manufacturing defects. To make a claim, please email us at email@example.com for more info. If your drunk friend sits on your shades, this is not covered by our warranty.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). We also have robots that make sure nobody tries to steal your shit.
Can I cancel my order?
After placing an order you can contact customer service within 1 hour and our team will endeavour to cancel your order, this is not always possible due to the speed we aim to pick, pack and ship your order to you. Email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I contact you?
Before you fire off that email, please consider the following:
• Please read our very informative, detailed Help/FAQ page and see if you can find the answer to your question.
• All products have measurements & specs listed on their respective product page under "description".
• If a product/colorway is not featured on our website, then it is not available for purchase. Chances are if you saw someone wearing it, or in a magazine, it is either coming out soon, or from a past season.
• We do have free stickers which we throw in with each order...
