Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY:

  • We offer free returns for store credit on all domestic orders!
  • We unfortunately do not offer returns for international orders at this time.

 Return Instructions:

  • To return an item or order, please send an email to store@beachlifedistribution.com to create and submit a Return Request.
  • All returns must be submitted within 10 days from receiving your order.
  • Once your return request has been submitted, our customer service team will email you a return shipping address and further instructions.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in same condition they arrived.
  • Please allow up to 3 weeks for our team to receive and process your return.
  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • When returning items to our online team, you are responsible for the cost of the return. It is also your responsibility to ensure the goods reach our premises as we cannot be responsible until they reach us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure your return arrives to us safely.
  • If any items do not meet the above requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions: store@beachlifedistribution.com

EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • We offer free exchanges on all domestic orders!
  • We unfortunately do not offer exchanges on international orders at this time.

  Exchange Instructions:

  • If you would like an exchange, simply send an email to store@beachlifedistribution.com to return the product you wish to exchange for store credit, and place a new order.
  • Items returned for store credit are not subject to a return fee, so make sure to select “Store Credit” when creating your return label.
  • Once your return has been processed at our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of how to redeem your store credit for a new order.
  • All exchanges must be emailed to store@beachlifedistribution.com within 10 days from receiving your order.
  • When returning items to our online team, you are responsible for the cost of the return. Received the wrong product?

  • If you the product you received is not what you ordered, please do not wear the product, and keep it in its original packaging. Contact customer service at store@beachlifedistribution.com within 72 hours of receiving the product. Please include your order number, or reply to your original purchase receipt -- it will help us reference your order and better serve your needs.

Defective merchandise:

  • If your product is defective, please contact customer service at store@beachlifedistribution.com  Including your order number, or replying to the original purchase receipt email will help us reference your order.  Also please be as descriptive as possible when describing the problem (frame style, color, and what you think is defective... a cell phone photo would be ideal!)
